South Africa Stills

Setting out to film South Africa was a major challenge after Europe and the United States.

We covered around 7500 kilometers over 3 weeks, and shot some 50 hours of tape in HDCAM-SR 1080p25 4:4:4  All this was done in November 2009.

While it would be hugely arrogant to say we have filmed all of South Africa from the air, we have done our best to capture the majesty and diversity of its landscape, the richness of its wildlife and man's cities and structures, both old and new.  Click here to see stills

We try to shoot our footage as if we were telling  stories from our bird's eye view; stories about history, nature and the elements. You can read about our experiences in filming South Africa here

One of South Africa's great stories in 2010 will be the FIFA World Cup. We have been careful to capture all the cities and the venues - footage that will add value and substance to TV and web programming anywhere. See our main South Africa showreel here
